Military Families

What this article is about: This article provides an overview of resources for military families and links to resources where you can find more information and support.

Military families who have children with special needs face a variety of challenges that civilian families do not.  There are supports in place that help to coordinate the assignment process to ensure families of kids with special needs are not sent to locations that lack adequate medical or educational resources. These programs also offer support programs and provide families with information about and referral to local services.
